Our Founder & COO
Sonny Reynolds has been involved in the mortgage banking and finance industry for over 25 years. After graduating from the University of California Irvine with a B.S. in Information and Computer Science and a Financial Planning Certificate, he discovered his passion for helping people onto the path of financial freedom.
Sonny began his finance career at SC Funding and later Ditech Financial, where he realized that most homeowners follow the traditional path of obtaining a 30-year mortgage, because that was what their parents and grandparents had done! After stepping out on his own, Sonny and his team at AS IS Lending have assisted many happy clients to explore their mortgage options and customize a plan that fits their unique home ownership and financial goals.
